Regional PR Manager - Marketing & Communications

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic marketing communications plans which includes monthly/quarterly goal-setting, budget planning, media buying and 360 campaigns
• Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations; vet content from copywriters, media publishers and external content creators
• Develop long term media relations strategy to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media; cultivate new contacts within business and industry media as well as KOL
• Respond to queries from media and external organisations; prepare company spokesperson for interviews
• Oversee social media content strategy and align creatives and messaging to drive outreach and member acquisition
• Oversee events conceptualization and execution
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship and advertising to maximize ROI
• Monitor, analyze and communicate marketing communications results on a monthly basis

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working in a PR Agency and in an in-house PR Team
• Managed a PR or marketing team. Regional experience will be a bonus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with tight deadlines
• High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up company
• People-oriented
• Good relationship with journalists/ KOL
• Able to start immediately will be advantageous
