Under the regional Marketing team, based in Singapore, you will work closely with the Digital & Communication Manager, as well as the HQ PR teams and the local teams, to implement efficient PR and e-PR action plans. This is the perfect role for you to mark your stamp in the fastest growing Asia Pacific business.

Job Description

ROLE

You will be playing a key role in spearheading PR/e-PR projects to enhance the brand communication. You will be responsible for PR/e-PR and social media topics, in line with the company’s strategy and brand image. You will deliver reporting and communication to the HQ teams, while ensuring regular contact with local teams.

MAIN MISSIONS

  • Be the main contact with HQ PR and Social Media teams to ensure the smooth organization of the PR events (International, Regional, Local), PR/e – PR topics and liaise with the markets’ PR teams
  • Participate in the definition of the KOL strategy and profile screening and ensure the follow-up with the markets
  • Coordinate with the markets to define their annual PR and Communication strategies
  • Lead the markets in the crafting of their monthly social media contents on internal and external social media platforms
  • Work with markets to ensure that all executions are in line with global guidelines and brand expectations
  • Manage monthly reports of competition initiatives and Guerlain’s activations (ROI per campaign, DMR reports, PR clippings reports)

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Excellent digital, social media and Microsoft Windows skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, luxury industry will be an advantage

  • Good communication skills (with multicultural teams and local external suppliers)
