The role is to manage eStore Affiliate Marketing program for the SEAO region. The scope includes formulating strategies, and optimizing media investments to drive sales via a structured & centralized model.
Role and Responsibilities
Work as a Performance Marketing Specialist within Samsung Online Business group focused on planning, execution, and optimization of Affiliate campaigns;
Govern operations by working closely with key stakeholders in local markets, agency partners and RHQ/HQ teams. Ensure proper & smooth functioning of the operations with proper project management, supervision and cross-team collaboration;
Optimize performance of campaigns across Affiliate channel, monitoring performance metrics across all markets in SEAO and across product categories;
Manage affiliate investments made with partners to ensure that campaign goals are achieved;
Develop analytics dashboards to track, monitor and report on campaign performance and ROIs;
Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against owned and paid media channels;
Develop relevant guidance materials and conduct trainings for stakeholders where necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of work experience in affiliate programs is a must; experience in marketing in the hospitality or airlines industry and/or a large eCommerce company would be ideal;
Must showcase deep analytical thinking in deriving key actionable insights through extensive research of primary data sets;
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with different remote teams in a fast-paced environment;
Detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
