Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and analyze key operational and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BD, product, finance, and local operations teams to align business goals and ensure seamless execution.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operational processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
Project Management: Lead and execute regional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities with senior management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in operations, project management and process improvement, preferably in a bank/financial services/technology/e-commerce industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate among cross-functional, multi-country teams.
Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High energy, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic start-up environment.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
