Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Assistant Manager / Manager to lead and drive eCommerce strategy and marketplace operations across multiple platforms in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2C printer sales, marketplace management, and data-driven decision-making, as well as a passion for optimizing the online customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy & Marketplace Management

  • Lead regional sales offices in developing and executing eCommerce strategies tailored to local market needs, with a focus on driving growth in B2C printer sales.
  • Manage and optimize marketplace operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Tokopedia, and the brand’s e-store to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with country teams to implement promotional campaigns, enhance online customer experiences, and manage marketplace performance KPIs.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on eCommerce trends, digital shelf management, customer journey optimization, and platform engagement to ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

Product Marketing

  • Plan and execute product positioning and marketing strategies for consumer printer categories across the regional markets.
  • Work closely with local product managers and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and business priorities.
  • Lead the creation and roll-out of marketing materials, including product descriptions, visuals, comparison guides, and videos for online channels.
  • Support product launches and lifecycle campaigns across the region to ensure effective market penetration and growth.

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze eCommerce performance data, digital KPIs, and marketplace insights to drive continuous improvement in product visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, ROAS, campaign performance, and category share to ensure optimal marketplace outcomes.
  • Keep track of competitive landscape and consumer behavior, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in product marketing or eCommerce, preferably within the consumer tech or printing solutions industries.
  • Proven experience managing major eCommerce marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and expertise in driving product visibility and sales performance on these platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act upon data, KPIs, and digital performance metrics.
  • Creative and resourceful, with a demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and follow through with implementation.
  • Comfortable working with evolving technologies, AI tools, and digital platforms to enhance marketing outcomes and productivity.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
