Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Directly report to the Regional Franchise Director and be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies in line with our regional oncology business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with key opinion leaders, and provide market insights to support our core business activities. Your role will involve working with the sales team and driving the success of our products in the markets through enhancing awareness, demand and adoption within the territories
Collaborate with the regional leadership team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our regional business objectives
May be assigned as liaison with selected business partners to ensure alignment on product development, registration timelines and commercial development plans.
Provide guidance and coordinate with local medical & marketing teams to drive brand strategies, launch readiness and tactics.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Payers, Healthcare Professionals in the region, leveraging their expertise to gain valuable insights into oncology therapeutic area. Plan and engage KOLs and medical societies in alignment with business strategies
Deliver annual marketing plans and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including sales aids, presentations, product documentation, and digital content, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and relevance to drive overall brand strategy, brand equity and architecture
Monitor and analyse key marketing performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize marketing programs and adjust strategies as necessary
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging treatments to continuously innovate and elevate marketing strategies
Lead and/or guide market access strategies towards successful reimbursement and innovative access programs to drive optimal patient access
Review and approve promotional materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to local/regional compliance
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company
Job Specification
At least 8-10 years in pharmaceutical industry in marketing and brand management, preferably in oncology
Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy/business management, or a related discipline
Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a regional or cross-functional role and recent product launches
Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscape in the region, including regulations, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong leadership skills required. Strong communication skills required
Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges
