Regional Marketing Manager

My client is a rapidly growing player in the semiconductor manufacturing space. They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Formulate and implement strategies to boost brand visibility, penetrate emerging markets, and enhance the company's global footprint.
2. Perform comprehensive research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences across key regions (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.), delivering insights to refine market positioning and promotional tactics.
3. Collaborate with product development, sales, and technical teams to ensure marketing initiatives are in sync with product and sales objectives.
4. Drive the creation and dissemination of the company's brand identity, orchestrating both online and offline campaigns to elevate brand recognition worldwide.
5. Manage the production of content for the company's website, social media channels, press releases, and other marketing communications.
6. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with industry leaders, media outlets, and strategic partners to support collaborative marketing efforts.
7. Organize and execute industry trade shows, product launches, technical seminars, and other events to enhance the company's industry presence.
8. Continuously evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analysis to refine strategies and maximize return on investment.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience within the semiconductor industry.
3. Data-driven with strong analytical skills to understand market data to generate insights.
4. Adaptable and able to work together in a team environment and also as an individual contributor.
5. Fluent in English and also proficient in Mandarin as internal communications with different stakeholders would be in Mandarin.
