JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead and execute strategic marketing strategies across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a good understanding of the insurance industry, and a proven track record in managing regional campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Branding and Marketing Business Partnering:
- Business partner with regional stakeholders and country team to enhance their marketing initiatives and generate sales leads.
- Represent the marketing function/team in regional meetings and conferences.
- Work closely with local sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with business goals.
- Facilitate cross countries sharing of knowledge and best practices (i.e. Sharing of webinars, events/ webinar, market research & trends).
Digital Marketing (i.e. LinkedIn, website & SEO, campaigns, online news, webinar, analytics):
- Be the champion in driving effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance and maximize Howden branding and outreach.
- Identify, create, and scale cost-effective customer acquisition and lead generation campaigns across new and established target market audiences.
- Tailor digital marketing plans to meet the unique needs of various regional markets.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
Offline Marketing (i.e. Media and PR, advertising, sponsorship, events & communications):
- Provide guidance and local marketing support on events and communication to enhance brand visibility through offline marketing channels such as PR, news, advertising, event sponsorship & communication
- Support to organize or source for relevant international events for consideration
Creation of Marketing Resources (i.e. Collaterals, RFP template, content, videos/ photos, merchandize)
- Guidance and support to local teams in creation of compelling marketing collaterals
- Point of contact and maintain a centralized pool of marketing materials & resources such as marketing templates, RFP templates, videos clips, product white paper, merchandise, logo etc
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics for regional marketing efforts.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track performance and ROI (Return on Investment).
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing, with a focus on regional or multi-market campaigns. Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
