Job description

Our client, a global leader in logistics, offers comprehensive end-to-end solutions across air, sea, land, warehousing, and supply chain management. They are establishing a new sales enablement function within the commercial team to develop data-driven strategies using CRM software to enhance customer success and achieve revenue targets.

The company delivers end-to-end logistics solutions across air, sea, and land transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management, supporting industries such as automotive, electronics, retail, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage.

Description

Reporting to the Vice President, this is a critical position to drive the sales force forward, making use of data analytics to derive actionable insights. In addition to these, you will be designing training programs for the sales teams in the region, improving their techniques, and their go-to-market strategy. You will also be challenged to the following:

  1. Lead and refine an innovative sales enablement strategy to drive record-breaking success.
  2. Maximize the use of Salesforce and cutting-edge tools to streamline operations, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  3. Analyze data to boost performance and adjust strategies in real-time.
  4. Develop impactful training programs to elevate team skills and create compelling sales content that accelerates results.
  5. Foster collaboration across teams, optimize sales processes for efficiency, and provide mentorship to inspire top performance.
  6. Adapt to challenges with agility, ensuring the team stays competitive and ahead in a dynamic sales environment.

Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
  2. Demonstrated expertise in sales operations, sales planning, marketing intelligence, marketing analytics, preferably within the logistics industry
  3. Knowledge and experience with sales enablement tools, Salesforce CRM, and data visualisation tools like PowerBI / Tableau
  4. Proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  5. Strong project management, leadership and organization skills.
  6. Confidence to interact with and steer a diverse range of stakeholders
  7. Demonstrated strong planning and execution skills.
