Regional IT Executive
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support across regional offices, including on-site, remote, and travel-based support as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with global IT teams to standardize setups and implement company-wide IT policies and procedures.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and other enterprise tools and platforms.
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding tasks regionally, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and user orientation.
- Monitor and manage IT asset inventory across regional locations, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
- Ensure all endpoints are patched, secure, and compliant with company cybersecurity standards.
- Manage vendor relationships for local IT equipment and services (e.g., procurement, warranty claims, local support).
- Participate in global/regional IT projects and rollouts, providing hands-on support and feedback.
- Provide VIP and executive-level support as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT desktop support, including regional or multi-site responsibilities.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across time zones and handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the region when required.
- Experience working in a multinational or regional environment is highly preferred.
