We are representing our client, a global leader in semiconductor solutions in their search for a Regional HRIS Specialist to join their transformative journey to cloud-based HR systems.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the HR processes through innovative cloud solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the regional HR systems subject matter expert for Asia, ensuring data integrity and supporting transformational and change projects led by Corporate HRMS and CoE.
Collaborate with Asia HRIS network, People Services, Corporate HRMS, local HR, and IT teams to enhance data entry practices, align system entry processes, and contribute to corporate HRIS projects.
Co-lead and support regional and global HRMS initiatives, providing technical-functional expertise, feedback, and participating in systems integration testing.
Act as the main contact point for escalating HR systems feedback/issues from Asia HRIS and local HR stakeholders to corporate HRMS and IT teams
Create and manage system data documentation for the Asia region and improve data quality and standardization across HR systems.
Work with HRMS teams, IT, and vendors on new system features and migrations.
Perform basic data analysis for process improvement initiatives and consult with HRIS and superusers to share best practices and recommend improvements.
Provide HR systems training to HRIS network and end-users and serve as backup support for HRIS/SuperUsers in Asia local sites.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Sciences, or a similar field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in HRMS platforms, database management, and IT applications development.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HRIS or Business Systems Analyst, with a proven track record in systems support, solutioning, and data governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document systems and processes and recommend improvements.
Experience managing HR systems solutions initiatives/projects and proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., iOBEYA, KLAXOON, MS Teams).
Knowledge of HR processes, data management, and compliance issues.
Proficient in ORACLE HCM or ORACLE as a technical-functional support, with solid techno-functional knowledge in ERP, Cloud, GenAI, SaaS, PaaS, and reporting/analytics tools.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI, and RPA is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite.
