Job description

We are working with our client, an MNC in the Construction/Engineering industry, and they are looking for a Regional HR Manager who will be formulating, developing, and implementing HR strategies for the region.

Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the start-up of regional HQ
  2. Formulate Talent Management strategies including succession planning, skill gap analysis, design and implementation of training programs
  3. Implement Performance Evaluation system and identify high-potential employees
  4. Collect and analyse HR data using Human Capital Management systems
  5. Manage and provide guidance to local HR personnel for handbook and policies review
  6. Align HR system and processes to regional HQ and roll out HR initiatives
  7. Partner with country heads and HODs to provide HR advisory across full HR spectrum, ranging from talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, compliance, employee engagement to talent alignment and change management.
  8. Champion company values and culture, create an environment of learning and growth, promoting diversity and inclusion
  9. Manage annual HR budget
