Regional HR Manager

Job Description:

Manage regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates.

Manage onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.

Coordinate staff confirmation assessment exercises.

Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees’ insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.

Lead the Annual Salary Review process, including benchmarking, salary adjustments, and communications

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures across the region to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory standards.

Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.

Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies.

Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately.

Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, and tax-filing for all local employees.

Manage application and renewal of work passes including tax clearances.

Maintain proper filing of employees’ documents and mobile devices/equipment issued by the Company.

Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation.

Manage and coordinate ISO audit.

Handle all the IT-related issues in the organization.

Oversee BizSafe audit and certification, Employment Agency License renewal, office lease renewal, etc.

Other HR/Administration duties.

Pre-requisites:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.

Positive attitude, meticulous, responsible and able to work independentlyand handle multiple tasks simultaneously,

Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail
