Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute global HR strategies in alignment with business goals.
  2. Oversee key HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, L&D, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
  3. Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Advise managers on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  5. Provide full administrative support to the General Manager, including managing appointments, meetings, travel, and conferences.
  6. Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for the General Manager.
  7. Handle document preparation and distribution (memos, meeting minutes, reports, etc.).
  8. Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking.
  9. Assist with new employee onboarding by setting up workspaces and necessary materials.
  10. Ensure compliance with labor laws in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, along with international HR standards.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Knowledge of Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan employment laws will be advantageous.
