HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

This position encompasses two primary responsibilities: contributing to Merchandising & Operations and leveraging advanced analytical skills to drive process automation and optimization. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about high jewelry and have a solid foundation in analytical methodologies.

Reporting to the Regional High-End Merchandising & Operations Manager, the incumbent will assess the local market contexts and focus on enhancing the visibility and accessibility of High-End Watches to potential clients, contributing to achieving sustainable High-End sales objectives.

Your key responsibilities include:

Sales & Business Performance

  • Partner with teams to drive High-End watch sales performance through short- and mid-term action plans aligned with brand strategic objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of High-End Watch business performance across SEAO markets.
  • Execute and support action plans based on the fiscal year event calendar.
  • Collaborate with local watch specialists and High-End teams to manage Limited Edition (NLE) novelty launches.
  • Collaborate with Partners' team for ad-hoc activations requiring stock support.

High-End Platform Management

  • Oversee FWM (Fine Watchmaking) and High-End tool PLAZA integration.
  • Manage the distribution of High-End watch product news.

Data Analysis and Management

  • Design and maintain the overall data infrastructure, defining data standards, models, and templates.
  • Automate data collection from diverse sources (databases, spreadsheets, internal platforms) and implement robust data quality measures (e.g., error identification, consistency checks).
  • Transform and prepare data for analysis.
  • Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract meaningful insights.
  • Create compelling data visualizations to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

Operations and Stock Management

  • Manage requests and events through High-End tools and platforms.
  • Liaise with Central and Asia teams (Fine Jewelry and Watchmaking) regarding creations availability, delivery, and returns.
  • Liaise with Logistics on the shipments and deliveries of High-End creations, ensuring close tracking.
  • SAP administrative support for product and shipment processes.
  • Update the SEAO stock file and maintain boutique allocation.
  • Follow up with Local service centers and Central teams on High End repairs and maintenance.

Special Projects

  • Manage assigned special projects.
  • Provide support for High-End events.
  • Execute watch traveling collections and events across SEAO.

YOUR PROFILE/KEY SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in operations, inventory, or stock management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to operational challenges ensuring smooth stock management.
  • Self-starter with high integrity and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel 10% - 20% across SEAO markets for High-End events and/or conferences.
  • Familiarity with basic programming languages or statistical tools is an added advantage.
