The TASK Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Manager is responsible for building awareness of the product to the region and increasing market share.

This position reports to the Business Development Manager and is part of the commercial team located in Singapore and will be working remotely to cover the region.

Responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, implement, and manage the Product Line initiatives for business expansion.
2. Work with the Global team and regional team to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning, including regional and local marketing materials & promotions.
3. Attend conferences, webinars, and seminars to understand market trends and build a professional network.
4. Plan and conduct in-house and external training sessions for Sales team, Application team, and Channel Partners support.
5. Monitor marketing activities effectiveness, help in Funnel Management, and analyze FFR, 30/60/90 days FL, velocity and win-rate, perform PSP on funnel health (red and green) when needed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Degree in Biotechnology (Immunology) or related field with about 5 years of related Flow Cytometry experience.
2. Familiar with current digital marketing tools & experience in organizing regional, local, and online events.
3. Excellent team player able to work with different levels of regional and global teams.
4. Able to travel when required, about 50% of the time.
5. Conversant and fluent in written and spoken English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in regional roles.
