Regional Financial Analyst (Retail)

• Adecco is partnering with a renowned Retail Company. We are looking for talent with prior experience in FP&A and exposure to controllership portfolios in the retail industry to join our team in Singapore!
• As a Regional Financial Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the country finance team on controllership and financial planning & analysis responsibilities.

The Job

• Responsible for budgeting & forecasting activities; quarterly and year-end schedules; revenue, and business performance analysis.
• Represent the business units to present the figures and business performance results to the top management.
• Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to have an in-depth understanding of the potential market penetration and competitor analysis.
• Actively involved in the new initiatives and drive business process improvement and streamline activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or with a relevant certificate (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA)
• More than 8 years of relevant controlling and finance planning & analysis experience in the Retail Industry / FMCG industry. Talent with an audit background is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and exposure to SAP systems.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment and meet the deadline to be given.
