Regional Financial Analyst (Pharmaceutical Industry)

Hudson Recruitment is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to find a talented Regional Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Singapore. This is an FP&A-focused role that will support the Asia Consolidation Manager, working closely with regional FP&A leads to gather, analyze, and consolidate financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Consolidation & Reporting

• Support the Asia Consolidation Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports.
• Gather and review financial data from regional FP&A teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate reporting standards.
• Provide key insights on financial trends and variances to aid in decision-making.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and risks.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Systems & Process Improvement

• Work with TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) and support the company’s transition to Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Enhance financial models and dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate FP&A processes.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with regional FP&A leads and business units to drive financial alignment.
• Present financial data and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights to improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, data consolidation, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics), with exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning being a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
