Regional Finance Director (Up to 260k base) | Manufacturing

Your new company

A Singapore manufacturing firm with a global vision and footprint is looking for a Regional Finance Director (new headcount) to join their finance team.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be overseeing the end-to-end finance function across the Asia region. This includes the strategy, FP&A, reporting, investment, cash flow management, compliance and risk management for the group. There will be a strong focus on South East Asia and China. This role will have a good aspect for transforming the finance processes and adding value to the team to drive the productiveness and efficiency of the organisation. As a leader, you will be providing strong leadership to the finance team and also building good relationships with the various key stakeholders to drive organisational goals.

What you will need to succeed:

You will require at least 15 years of experience in the area of accountancy and finance; experience in manufacturing will be a must. As this role covers China, the successful candidate would require to have the ability to converse in Chinese. You are someone who also has a track record when it comes to finance transformation and stakeholder management skills.
