Regional Finance Analyst, Controlling

About the role

We are seeking a talented Regional Finance Analyst, Controlling to join our team at EBERSPAECHER CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. This full-time role based in the Central Region will play a crucial part in the financial analysis and reporting for our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for month end closing activities of Singapore regional hub entity and overseas new entity with the support of external service firm.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports to support business decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance across the region, identifying trends and insights.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and financial reporting standards, collaborating with Asia entities on initiatives to strengthen internal controls and governance practices.
• Support tax compliance, cash flow, treasury operations and other related finance responsibilities.
• Liaise with parties such as banks, external service providers, inter-companies, auditors, and relevant departments.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a financial reporting role, preferably with manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of compliance and financial reporting, meticulous and able to work independently.
