Job Description
As Regional Construction & Facilities Specialist, you are a subject matter expert and responsible for the energy and procurement strategies in your region, supporting all brands. You set and drive short- and long-term energy and procurement goals and KPIs, based on global strategic direction, identify and implement energy efficient solutions in the store portfolio, to contribute to sustainability goals; and set and develop guidelines, standards and tools, with support from Global Retail. You work in close collaboration with C&F sales market teams in your region.

To be successful in the role of Regional Construction & Facilities Specialist, it will be important to have a strong business mindset, communicate effectively and are comfortable in making decisions. You are data driven, able to work strategically, plan ahead and foresee opportunities and improvements. You have a genuine interest in procurement, energy, including technical capabilities. You enjoy teamwork and effectively collaborate with groups of diverse people to achieve set goals and targets.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Regional Construction & Facilities Manager.
This position is based in Region EAS. Specific working location will be discussed during the interview.
