Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Lead for one of our key regional client accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising solutions that meet client objectives. The Client Lead will work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to execute media strategies that contribute to client success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust partner-relationships with clients through understanding their business environments and strategic goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive media plans that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Analyze media statistics and emerging trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring that clients maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
  • Oversee the execution of media plans, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving discrepancies and ensuring deliverables meet time, budget, and quality criteria.
  • Maintain clear and precise documentation of all client and partner communications to foster transparency and accountability.
  • Generate strategic insights through data analysis, crafting informed perspectives for clients that align with their brand and consumer engagement efforts.
  • Guide and mentor a team, enhancing their understanding of the media landscape and their capacity for effective plan execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of media planning experience, preferably with regional/global accounts and a focus on strategic, integrated planning.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and its application in media strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing timelines, processes, and media implementation needs.
  • Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient use of media, Excel, and presentation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of research systems and media applications.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a comprehensive understanding of client business needs and strategic intents.
  • Commitment to staying abreast of media landscape developments and trends.
