Regional BD Manager (M&A) - European MNC

The Company

Our client is a renowned European MNC leading in the food service and logistic sector. They have over 70 years of history and global presence with over 20,000 employees globally. With a strong presence in Singapore and APAC, they are currently recruiting for a seasoned Regional BD Manager to cover corporate finance and M&A to drive M&A and strategic expansion for their continuous growth plan across the region. This is a strategic business partnering role working directly with C-suite stakeholders.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director directly, you will be at the forefront of executing strategic initiatives, including managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects, evaluating business opportunities, conducting market analyses, and preparing high-level presentations for executive management. You will take charge of the end-to-end M&A deals and business development and investment opportunities across the APAC and Middle East region. You will also take part in exciting strategic projects such as Joint Ventures, commercial negotiations, and business strategy setting. This is a key role working closely with C-suite senior stakeholders to perform business reviews and support strategic business plans and investment decisions.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must be:

• Degree qualified in Economics/Finance/Accountancy. CFA/CPA will be a plus.
• At least 8-10 years of M&A and corporate finance experience.
• Prior experience in FMCG/B2C/F&B sector is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in M&A, business development, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market analysis and valuation modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in preparing materials for executive stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across functions and business units.
• Flexibility to work in dynamic environments and travel internationally when needed.
