Regional Application Manager

Our client is one of the prominent UK-based organisations in the manufacturing sector with a strong track record and stable growth in the region. They are looking to hire a Regional Application Manager for their Asia Pacific HQ in Singapore.

This will be the key role to lead and oversee ERP implementation and rollout projects across the APAC region, as well as managing other critical business systems, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), expense management solutions like Concur, HRIS, etc.

Requirements

• Possesses a relevant degree with at least 15 years of experience in enterprise application management related to the manufacturing sector at the APAC level.
• Strong regional experience in managing and deploying large-scale ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP solutions.
• Proven track record with ERP deployment in China.
• Prior experience managing projects related to the implementation of enterprise systems such as MES, CRM, Concur, HRIS, or other applications on a regional or global level.
• Significant experience working in manufacturing environments, with an understanding of shop floor processes, production systems, and operational requirements.
• Strong understanding of the APAC region and differences in leading projects in different countries.
• Applicants MUST BE currently based in Singapore and have relevant work experience in the manufacturing sector.
