Regional Account Director
Job Summary
This position reports to the Group Account Director for Life Science, APAC. This APAC Cluster Lead is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing, and managing the Sub-Cluster Leads and operations teams, rolling out global programs in their respective region, as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting.
The role also ensures efficient and consistent service delivery which meets contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the client throughout the cluster region, achieving client’s outsourcing objectives of cost savings, consistency and risk management.
Job Responsibilities
- Governance partner with client to ensure alignment with regional objectives at the regional level.
- Responsible for financial and operational delivery within the APAC region.
- Ensures compliance with all client’s policies and procedures in a GxP environment.
- Manages the operational implementation of experience focused services on the account, developing programs, tools and processes while integrating the underlying services.
- Strives to improve service performance in respective region.
- Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals.
- Leads by example.
- Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and holds the Sub-Cluster Operations Leads team accountable for successful performance.
- Ensures that expectations and objectives are clearly communicated.

Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience in leading international key accounts or large national accounts preferably within the life science industry.
- Has handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, across multiple locations and countries.
- Deep understanding of the agreed contractual and commercial obligations of the account.
- Strong facility management experience, with a proven track record of creating clear and attainable performance objectives, leveraging resources to develop competitive solutions for the customer.
