Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for in-house hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and career fairs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect role responsibilities and requirements.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient selection process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain an updated database of potential hires.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to track and improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in in-house hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
