RECRUITMENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (EA PERSONNEL)

Responsibilities

1. Liaising with potential clients, job matching, and conducting interviews with job applicants.
2. Sales-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong initiative in problem-solving and enjoys taking on tasks.
4. Assisting clients with any difficulties and problems concerning employment issues.
5. Administrative applications concerning work permit matters.
6. Preferably with previous experience working in an Employment Agency (FDW).
7. Have a good knowledge of employment-related regulations and laws in Singapore.
8. Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
9. Willing to go the extra mile, to support and assist our clients.
10. Willing to take on more responsibilities in the future and take up a leadership role.

Existing EA Personnel with CEI certificates are welcome to apply, and we provide commissions on top of the basic salary as well as bonuses for outstanding performance.
