Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree holder with at least 4 years' experience in a staffing/search agency environment
2. Comfortable with doing business development/sales
3. Attained CEI certification as required by MOM
4. Self-motivated, disciplined, and love to interact with people of all levels
5. Tech-savvy and not afraid of using the latest technologies to headhunt candidates
