Job Description:
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring skilled professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven professional with a keen understanding of recruitment in the insurance or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
• Manage job postings on various platforms, including MyCareersFuture and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop role-specific hiring plans.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics and trends.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
