Recruitment Manager (Commission Based / Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Job Matching: Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on their qualifications and career objectives.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Oversee the salary negotiation process, ensuring a smooth offer and acceptance.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary data, and market conditions to provide relevant insights to clients and candidates.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with Singapore’s employment laws and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • CEI Certification (Mandatory): Applicants must possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore.
  • Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and candidates.
  • Self-Driven and Goal-Oriented: A highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a commission-only environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and creative approach to overcoming recruitment challenges and sourcing the right talent.
  • Client-Focused: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
