About the role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced recruitment agency. This full-time position is based in the West Region and will involve finding top talent for our diverse range of clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates to fill open positions
• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
• Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional results
• Tracking and reporting on the progress of open roles and recruitment activities
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies
