Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Steer the recruitment process by scouting for talent in the field of your specialty
2. Execute Business Development plans to amplify the company’s market penetration
3. Be at the core of human resource trends revolving around hiring and management of suitable candidates
4. Provide adequate career route advice to inquiries from candidates and clients regarding up-to-date market trends
5. Propose and negotiate scale of fees/business plans/forecasts with targeted clientele pool

Requirements

1. Minimum of Diploma or Degree in any field
2. Full training/mentorship will be provided, no experience needed
3. Candidates with a strong track record in sports or CCAs will have an added advantage
4. Candidates with great team spirit, persistence, good communication, and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
