Recruitment Executive

This role focuses on converting walk-in inquiries into successful placements by providing professional consultation and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and consult with walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable domestic helpers.
• Guide clients through the entire placement process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Effectively present and promote the agency's services, addressing customer concerns and objections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing contracts, agreements, and required documentation.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and agency policies to provide accurate guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a steady supply of quality candidates for placement.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven, with a passion for sales and client engagement.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin to liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the maid placement industry is a plus but not mandatory.
