DESCRIPTION

  1. Schedule interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  2. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  3. Coordinate onsite written assessments for the candidates.
  4. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  6. Educate clients on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.
  7. Arrange candidate travel and accommodation if required for domestic and international.
  8. Vendor Engagement - Manage the vendors/agencies in updating on the recruitment activities and their candidates' status on a regular basis.
  9. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  10. Update candidate records in the recruiting system - HIRE.
  11. Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.
  12. Arrange for candidate reimbursements, especially for candidates travelling overseas and for domestic candidates when necessary.

About the Team
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, your core role will focus on the coordination of interview scheduling activities across the Asia-Pacific region to delight candidates and provide them with a best-in-class interviewing experience. You will be part of a collaborative team with stakeholders that are fully committed to the recruitment journey.

This position is for a 12-month fixed-term period.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  3. Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
  2. Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing or international environment.
  3. Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS).
