Our client “RGP Consultancy” is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team!

  2. Screen applicants: Review resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates, helping to identify top talent for the organization.
  3. Coordinate interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  4. Maintain candidate records: Keep candidate information accurate and up-to-date, supporting data-driven decision-making in recruitment.
  5. Communicate with candidates: Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process, creating a positive candidate experience.
  6. Support onboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork and activities, helping to welcome new team members.
  7. Improve processes: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies and workflows.
  8. Stay current: Keep informed on recruitment trends and recommend best practices to continually improve the hiring process.

Who are they looking for?

  1. Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field, welcoming diverse academic experiences.
  2. Experience: Ideally 1+ years in recruitment or HR coordination, but entry level are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Communication skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
  5. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite to support daily tasks.
