Role

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Build a thorough understanding of the talent market and specific role requirements.
• Effectively utilize and manage tools for candidate tracking and management.
• Enhance candidate outreach and gather market insights by analyzing talent trends.
• Source and recruit candidates using diverse platforms and channels.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates for available roles.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, with a preference for maritime industry experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
