What You'll Be Doing:

• Work directly with clients, getting to know their hiring needs inside out. Be their go-to person for all things talent-related.
• Hunt tech talent and present the best ones to our clients.
• Guide candidates through the process, making sure they’re prepared, informed, and landing their next role.
• Grow our business by upselling with current clients and creating new accounts. Bring your creative flair to the table and find ways to increase revenue!
• Identify, proactively initiate contacts with potential clients to develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, for the targeted sectors/segments.
• Perform business development activities and acquire new customers by formulating business strategy with senior management for winning each qualified opportunity, managing it through the full sales cycle, and meeting KPIs set.
• Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets.
• Utilizes different platforms / tools and other sources to identify, construct, and maintain an ever-expanding pipeline of leads, using your expert knowledge of competitor information and market conditions.
