RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / WFH FREELANCER - UP TO $3800

Job Scope:

1. Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract, or permanent positions with clients’ companies.
2. Conduct networking to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients.
3. Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
4. Search for the right person for the employer’s vacancy, receive and review applications, arrange interviews, and shortlist candidates.
5. Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
6. Prepare and edit resumes and forward them to clients regarding suitable applicants.
7. Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details.
8. Inform candidates about the results of their interviews.
9. Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.
10. Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression.
11. Follow up on interview schedules and status with the hiring manager/HR.
12. Perform any ad hoc admin duties.
