Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Meeting assigned sales targets.

• Ensuring that the recruitment timelines are met.

• Posting job advertisements on job portals, print media, and social media.

• Coordinating interviews (Face to face / Phone / Zoom).

• Qualifying candidates through interviews, screening, and reference checks.

• Developing a potential candidate pipeline through various avenues and platforms.

Account Management

• Maintaining regular close contact with our clients and building strong relationships.

• Reviewing, understanding, and supporting the fulfillment of recruitment needs of our clients.

• Working closely with clients in the coordination of workforce planning.

• Being proactive in partnering with clients, peers, and job seekers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any related studies.

• Sales driven, self-motivated, persistent, and passionate for success.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
