Responsibilities:

• Partnering with clients to determine staffing needs.
• Posting and monitoring job advertisements daily on various job portals.
• Screening resumes through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Screening and shortlisting candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Building rapport and establishing good relationships with potential candidates and clients.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Lorong Chuan
• Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/ 9.30am - 6.30pm.
