Working days & hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Recruitment Consultant
Salary: $2800 - $3500 + AWS + VB
Job Scope:

  • Managing the full spectrum of recruitment from business development, sourcing of candidates, fulfilment of job orders & after sales support.
  • Ensuring a seamless delivery of permanent recruitment solution to clients.
  • Providing professional advice to clients and candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Coordinating & negotiating salary offers on behalf of clients & candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements on various websites to attract potential candidates.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.

Executive Manager (Employment Agency)
Salary: $4000 - $5000 + AWS + VB
Job Duties:

  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, tracking key metrics such as revenue, sales volume, conversion rates, and forecasts.
  • Maintaining the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, and tracking client communications and sales pipeline.
  • Assisting in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients and prospects.
  • Supporting the sales team by coordinating meetings, schedules, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to close deals effectively.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for sales team members.
  • Responding to client queries related to order status, shipments, or service issues, and escalating to relevant teams as needed.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of required reports to government agencies.
  • Managing the renewal and maintenance of business licenses, permits, certifications, or other legal documents required by governmental authorities.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with local, state, and national government officials or representatives.
  • Preparing and submitting work pass applications.
  • Monitoring work pass expiration dates and ensuring timely renewal applications to avoid lapses in legal employment authorization.
  • Assisting in preparing reports for regulatory purposes, such as employment audits or workplace safety reports.
  • Assisting with implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures, including those related to HR.

Requirements:

  • Possess CEI (KAH) or CEI (Basic).
  • Familiar with WPOL & EPOL and other MOM’s Online Portals.
