You will be expected to:

• Secure new clients & job positions
• Draft job ads to attract applicants
• Filter through candidates' applications and shortlist for respective clients
• Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure candidates are well prepared
• Ensure sales closures to achieve personal commission

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification and above
• Able to work independently and remotely when required
• Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) is a MUST to be able to conduct EA work.
• Relevant experience in recruitment agencies is a MUST
