Responsibilities:

• Handles end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, meeting coordination, interviews, and manage placement activities.
• Drive business development outcomes by performing lead generation, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing.
• Manages client accounts including periodic visits.
• Ensure fulfillment of individual revenue targets and promotion criteria.
• Provide post-placement follow up with candidates.

Requirements:

• Min tertiary education in any discipline.
• Strong work ethics and passion to serve.
• Fun-loving and high energy personality.
