Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist)

MTC Consulting is excited to expand our team! We’re looking for a Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to focus on sourcing candidates for our open roles. Whether you’re a seasoned recruitment professional or new to the field, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates for a variety of positions using job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Conduct resume screenings and initial phone interviews.
3. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
5. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in sourcing or recruiting is a plus, but we’re also open to candidates with no prior experience.
2. Strong interest in recruitment and talent sourcing.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates.
