Job Description - Independent Recruitment Consultant

Job Title: Recruiter (Home-Based) - Remote Support

(Flexible Work Arrangement / Flexible Work for Mums)

(Full Commission)

Job Summary: Recruitment consultants will assist in finding the best people to staff the client’s business needs by evaluating candidates and building networks of potential hires, taking on a more hands-on role in assessing candidate resumes and credentials. To understand and match the needs of the clients and candidates to provide quality recruitment services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Candidate Management

• Understand clients’ recruitment needs and assist in placing the right talents with their organization.
• Source candidates using web-based services, job portals, and social media recruitment methods to network and identify the right candidates for clients’ vacancies.
• Evaluate resumes and applications.
• Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening.
• Provide career advice and consultation to job-seekers.
• Facilitate and finalize agreements for candidates.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Min. 3 years of recruitment experience is desired.
• Highly driven and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Good in coordination and liaison work.
• Enjoy engaging with people.
• Good track record in the recruitment life cycle.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant, or similar position is an added advantage.

Candidate must be willing to take CEI Certification.
