About the job:Synpulse is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Singapore as a Recruiter.
At Synpulse, our Talent Acquisition team combines a unique blend of Headhunting, Storytelling and Consulting to provide an expert recruitment service and partnership to the business.
Job Duties:- You will be handling Singapore or SEA recruitment, and work closely with the Hiring Managers, APAC Recruitment Lead and the People and Culture Business Partner to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline.
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle of sourcing, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
- Proactively source candidates with the use of LinkedIn, job board, social media channels and alternative search techniques.
- Build and manage talent pools to create a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs and maintaining data within the ATS.
- You will provide market commentary on industry and competitor talent trends.
- You will provide a seamless candidate experience and champion our employer brand throughout each stage of the process.
- You may be required to participate in ad hoc recruitment needs.
About you:- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience either agency recruitment or in-house TA function.
- Experience in Banking, financial services, technology, or consulting industry is a plus.
- Experience in managing the 360' recruitment process.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You have a valid permit to work and reside in Singapore.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
