Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing.
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, and maintain social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.
Stay current with industry hiring trends and talent market insights to guide hiring decisions.
Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database for new and future hires.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on sourcing success, time-to-hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events, and enhance employer branding.
Support in tasks and projects for other HR verticals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
Preferably 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on talent sourcing, market research, and talent mapping.
Passionate about people and culture, with a strong service attitude.
Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Basic knowledge and understanding of the internet industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a plus for liaising with different stakeholders.
