Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for clients, source exceptional talent, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing Employment Pass applications for clients, ensuring compliance with government regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates.
• Prepare and submit Employment Pass applications and other relevant work pass-related documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to enhance satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market developments to provide informed recruitment advice.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Employment Pass application processes and work pass requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is an advantage.
