Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitor Management
Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve refreshments and manage vendor or courier deliveries as required.
Handle incoming calls, screen them appropriately, and redirect where necessary.
Maintain security protocols including visitor/staff registration and issuing passes.
2. Meeting Room & Facility Coordination
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure appropriate AV/tech setup based on business needs.
Ensure all external meeting rooms are kept clean, presentable, and ready for use.
Liaise with building management on office matters, as needed.
3. Office & Administrative Support
Support daily administrative duties including mail and courier coordination.
Assist in beverage service and catering during busy periods.
Help plan and execute internal meetings or office events by arranging logistics and hospitality.
Ensure compliance with protocols in the event of regulator or government officer visits.
4. Communication & Customer Service
Act as a point of contact for general office inquiries.
Provide courteous and timely assistance to employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and professional written/verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm (with 1-hour lunch break from 1:00pm to 2:00pm)
Qualifications
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
Experience
Previous corporate reception experience essential.
Well-presented and confident in a front-facing role.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) and AV equipment handling.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to remain composed under pressure.
