Job description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist cum Customer Service personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk duties, basic administrative support, and social media updates.


We are located in Central Area, easily accessible.

Weekday off

5.5 Days Working


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle front desk operations, including attending to walk-in customers.
  2. Perform cashiering duties.
  3. Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and scheduling.
  4. Manage and post content on social media platforms.
  5. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably aged 30 years old and below.
  2. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  3. Relevant experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is preferred.
  4. Good communication skills, organized, and able to multitask.
